Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required

Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to improper handling

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
